In all my years of dealing with contractors, this was the by far the most professional and enjoyable contact we have ever had. David Stolzle made this experience the best we have ever had with a contractor. David was absolutely wonderful! I wanted to express my gratitude to you and all who work for you. If it seems I have been a little pensive it is due to watching to many episodes of “Homes on Homes.” The experience we have had has been excellent. I know I will enjoy the garage and “man room” upstairs. We have just a few more things to do in the yard and with the fencing that will make this our “dream home.” I will be coming to Memphis during Thanksgiving and hope you can stop by. It will be great to walk through the finished facility and tell you my plans for that giant upstairs.

I cannot begin to tell you how happy I was/am with Nu Prime and Mr. Finas Knox as the representative from start to finish. I recently purchased a home in the Memphis area and required renovations so I entrusted Nu Prime to do the work.
Immediately I was impressed with the courteousness and professionalism for Vicki when called to set up the appointment and Mr. Knox when he met me at my residence.
As a woman I somewhat leery about having so many tradesmen in and out home doing renovations or other construction work and have had uncomfortable experiences. They were rude, messy, dismissing take advantage type behavior. although I only met with Mr. Knox and a representative to pick out flooring.
I was impressed with both individuals and felt comfortable with having them in my home. Both gentlemen were courteous and helpful. They were also very patient with me while decided on the flooring for my home.
I was also concerned about not residing in Memphis (I live in New Orleans) while the renovations were taking place but Mr. Knox assured me that if had any questions or concerns, I could contact him via his cell phone and that he would contact for if he needed anything from me as well. I truly and deeply appreciated this. I was immediately at ease when he informed me of this. Needless to say, when the job was complete, he called and said i could come take a look at my condominium. I was pleasantly surprised how great everything turned out! I now know that i can trust Nu rime and Mr. Knox to perform the work to my satisfaction even in my absence.
I would recommend Nu Prime to a number of people just because of this!

I want to thank you for an excellent job performed by your contractors in regard to a problem I had after the weekend rains on the memorial day weekend.
Firstly, I had contracted with David Stolzle for a new roof to be installed at my house. He has performed beyond the call of duty and has been excellent in his service and follow up.
The roofing crew were fantastic in trying to get the felt and shingle down in extremely difficult and somewhat dangerous conditions. They returned the next day and restarted the roofing process and had it completed by the middle of the memorial day.
Unfortunately, the storms came through before the roof was on and consequently water was everywhere. We pulled up the carpet, David bought fans and left them dry out everything for days. We moved furniture etc. He has organized the carpet relaying with service master, the interior painting using Rainbow Paints, the electrics being checked by Gary Holifield, all of the above came one day last week which meant that I had to only take one day off. The final ceiling was painted this past Saturday and everything is now put back in place.
The contractors which have been used were excellent and i want to thank you and David for the outstanding work and follow up in getting our home into a livable condition. We thank you very much.
I had not heard of Nu-Prime before this and only got a recommendation of a roofer from BNI through a contact at church. Hopefully more business will be coming your way as I have already given David’s name and Nu-Prime to some friends who are in need of roofing jobs.

Nu-Prime: home improvement services and their crew did a great job!! Everything was explained to us about the installation process and how long it would take. The crew showed up exactly as we were told. They were very professional and took very good care of an home and all the shrubbery around it.
